Massages are supplied by Working Hands Pty Ltd (ABN: 57 288 165 730), as contracted by Smooth FM 95.3 (ABN: 18 108 206 051). Mini massages are available throughout the course of the activation, with massages lasting approximately 5-10 minutes, dependant on demand.

In all instances relating to this event, the Promoter, its promotional partners, prize supplier and their related bodies corporate will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss (including, without limitation, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of Prizes.
